Project: Catterick Racecourse

The primary objective of the scheme was to provide a high-quality facility that gives the race-goer an enjoyable experience of visiting Catterick Racecourse. 



The development provides the racecourse with a landmark building forming a new entrance, office accommodation and saddling boxes.



The building wraps around the north-west corner of the racecourse then opens up to the main entrance space which is light and airy with views through to the Parade Ring. This space provides ‘a sense of arrival’.



The development took 12 months to complete and opened to the public in December 2018. It was shortlisted for two RICS Awards 2020.
