Project: Wetherby Racecourse

The design brief was to replace the ageing Middle Stand with an extension to the existing Millennium Stand. It has a multi-functional use to allow the racecourse to use it all year round.

The new building offers spectacular viewing of the racetrack and the parade ring.

The interior has been designed to improve the amenities available at Wetherby Racecourse with a new Public Bar, upgraded facilities for trainers and owners, and integral facilities for the everyday operations of the racecourse.



The building was completed in 2017 and was shortlisted for 2 RICS awards.
